Thankyou to volunteers

Sorry for the lack of activity in last 48hrs. ISP was mostly down or erratic. Updates were impossible. I have also put up the latest response from the FA.

Thanks to volunteers helping with research work we will be sending out new emails to all the Premier League Clubs, 20 fansites, 12 newspapers, 2 television stations and 30 supporters clubs from around the world. Thanks guys. If you are willing to help out and I have somehow missed you email me on midnightjester@sportscheat.org. The main task on our hands is research to build a contact database and get more people/ websites involved.

How you can help now:

(1) Come up with a funky logo or graphic for people to put on their websites if they support the cause.

(2) Volunteer to help with research- we need email adresses for editors at fansites or organisers of supporters clubs worldwide for all Premiership or Championship teams. We currently have small lists for: Spurs, Newcastle, Arsenal and Chelsea so we have too much of a London bias.

First Newcastle Site joins the fray

Today, 1 week after our startup on the 14th, the first Newcastle Fan website/fanzine joined the sportscheat.org anticheating lobby.

True-Faith published sportscheat’s letter and we have been getting multiple hits from their site. well done guys and thanks a lot.

Day two … over

• Our first two volunteers research a cheat and get it posted.
• Our first proper reply from the FA (will post tomorrow).
• Our reply to the FA’s letter (will post tomorrow).
• We register as sportscheat.org and link it here.
• We write up a sort of manifesto thingy based on the Petition. It will, after revision, be put up for vote.

63 PAGES, 650 VISITORS, 109 SIGNATORIES, 30 COMMENTS, 5 CHEATS, 8 SUBMISSIONS, 3 LETTERS TO CLUBS, 15 LETTERS TO WEBSITES, 5 LETTERS TO THE BRITISH PRESS, 2 LETTERS TO SUPPORTER’S TRUSTS, 1 LETTER TO TELEVISION AND STILL ONLY 1 ACT OF SPORTSMANSHIP.
