Red cards for referee harrassment?

Statement: Once the whistle has blown for an infringement only the player summoned and the captain of each side may approach within 12 feet of the referee or other match officials. Anyone who approaches closer or harrasses the referee or other match officials can be served with an immediate red card by the referee.
